Amazing game! Such a shame I can't rate any longer, but the design is excellent! It's like that awesome dungeon in Skyward Sword.

I love that the difficulty is player chosen since you decide which rooms to use, and I found small bits of good design, like one of the first rooms asks you to shoot while the other one requires you to learn how to go up and down. Really imperssive game.

cool idea , i found myself replacing a level or two  to have an easier difficulty and solve by that my problem in the game. this is different.

the pazzle element  with it you sit and think without death punishment, followed by tension in your journey to the objective with a progress to lose if you die  . i enjoyed that loop several times to the end  of the game.

i will look for your next games.  thanks for making us enjoy this short time.

Hmm... I'm surprised that there's no penalty for putting a room which links to void. If there were, it would add some challenge

But nonetheless, it's a good metroidvania with unique way of mapping and upgrades

Hey! Could you possibly add detection of keyboard layouts? On my QWERTZ keyboard, z and x are very far apart.

I see you built this on PICO-8, any chance I can get a cartridge or file for it? Just doesn't feel the same to play on a browser :P.

Here is a quicker speed run path I found after brainstorming and is the only path possible while skipping 2 of the stages. tell me if you found quicker ways

well i think u did... either way it was still fun to speed route the game

If you want to sppedrun the game here is another way to skip the last green room

Was a nice game just way too short for my taste :-)

Expand the game a bit, make some of the movable rooms only usable once you got certain powerups. (I mean for example that the room has some death pit in iit that can only be overcome by having some hover ability. if you don't have that you cant cross that room and therefor placing it would be useless)

and hiding these abilities in the fixed location rooms.
probably build some other fixed room with some miniboss in front of it.

you can skip 1 room in the game if you really feel like it
